Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of All Blue at allblue.gg and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

All Blue provides competitive One Piece Card Game information, including decklists, tournament results, matchup statistics, deck building tools, and meta analytics. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

Much of the data on the Service is compiled from public tournament sources, community submissions, and automated ingestion. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any decklist, result, or statistic is complete, current, or error-free.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction if higher.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use, circumvents rate limits, or burdens our infrastructure without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Upload malware, spam, or misleading tournament or decklist information.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a tournament, store, or organization.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team.

User content and submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as decklists, reports, and comments. By submitting content, you grant All Blue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful or inaccurate.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original compilations of data, is owned by All Blue or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

One Piece, One Piece Card Game, character names, card images, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. All Blue is a fan and community data platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai, Toei Animation, or other rights holders. Card images and names are used for informational and transformative competitive-analysis purposes where applicable.

Third-party services and links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google sign-in, Firebase, or external tournament sites. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that competitive data will meet your expectations for tournament or deck-building decisions.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL BLUE AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Blue from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.

Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post updates on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
